Disbursements are third-party costs handled on your behalf for a smoother process, typically including:

Office copy entries and title documents from the Land Registry: from £3 per document

Additional Legal Services

For leasehold property sales, an additional fee of £300 + VAT applies.

Fees may also be payable to your managing agent or landlord for providing replies to management enquiries.

Any other additional legal work will be quoted once the details are known.

The average process takes around 6 weeks to exchange contracts, though this may vary depending on the parties in the chain.
