Disbursements are third-party costs handled on your behalf, typically including:

Conveyancing searches: £100–£300 + VAT (depending on location). In some cases, an indemnity policy may be used instead of searches.
Office copy entries and title documents: from £3 per document
Bankruptcy search: £2 per name
Land Registry search: £3 per title
Land registration fees: dependent on the value of the re-mortgage. View current Land Registry fees
Notice of Charge fee (for leasehold properties): £75–£150 + VAT, depending on the lease. Exact amounts confirmed once documents are reviewed.
